Lisa Wilk first worked in Sports Medicine at Williams in 1992 as an assistant trainer and she stayed until 1994, before leaving to join TEAM REHAB in Danbury, CT as a clinical athletic trainer.

Wilk re-joined the Eph Sports Medicine staff in September of 1998. Her primary sports responsibilities have included soccer, basketball, baseball ice hockey and lacrosse.
