WILLIAMSTOWN, MA — Williams senior Harry Marino (Westfield, NJ) was selected to the 2nd Team All-NESCAC baseball team, it was announced today.
This season, Marino finished with a 4-3 mark, appearing in 12 games for the Ephs and starting a team-high nine times. He had career-highs in innings pitched (57 2/3), complete games (4) and strikeouts (66) as well as a career-best 3.43 ERA.
On April 28, Marino tossed the first Williams no-hitter in at least 23 years, defeating Hamilton 8-0. He finished 4-3 this season. Opponents hit just .259 off of him.
Marino threw 174 innings during his Williams career, appearing in 42 games and starting 25. He finished his career with a 13-9 mark.
