SERIES:  Began in 1885 and Williams owns a 52-22-7 lead overall.

Williams has won the last 3 meetings vs. Tufts.

The Jumbos' last win in the series came in 2008 when they defeated Williams 17-7 in Medford.

COACHES:  Aaron Kelton is 14-6 and in his third season at the helm of the Ephs.

Kelton is the first African American head football coach at Williams and in NESCAC, as well as the first Eph football head coach to debut with a perfect season (8-0-0).

Kelton is 2-0 vs. Tufts.

Tufts head coach Jay Civetti, a standout player at Trinity and former assistant coach at Tufts is in his second year as head coach of the Jumbos.  Tufts is still seeking traction under Civetti going 0-8 the first year and opening 0-4 in 2012.

Civetti is 0-1 vs. the Ephs.

LAST MEETING:  In Williamstown the Ephs prevailed 38-17 when Darren Hartwell broke a 14-14 tie with a Williams record 77-yard punt return for a TD late in the second quarter and then caught a 33-yard TD pass in the fourth quarter.

LAST WEEK:  Williams lost to Middlebury for the first time since 2000, 30-13 at home. Middlebury accumulated 556 yards in total offense on the day.

At Trinity last Saturday Tufts tied the score at seven late in the first quarter, but it was all Trinity after that as the Bantams won 40-7. Trinity amassed 536 yards in total offense vs. Tufts.

STREAKS:  Not the streaks either team wants to have as both are in the midst of losing streaks.

Tufts has lost all four games this fall and the Jumbos have lost 19 in a row over the last three seasons.

Williams won the 2012 season-opener, but has dropped the last three. The Ephs are 1-3 for the first time since Dick Farley's first year as head coach in 1987.

Eph placekicker Joe Mallock has made his last 11 FGs.
