The 2013 season will be Jeff Huffman's fifth on the Eph sidelines. Coach Huffman's main responsibilities are training the goalkeepers, being the head coach of the Ephs' jayvee team and lead administrator for the program.

Huffman started his coaching career in 2000 as a staff instructor for Dan Gaspar's Connecticut based Star Goalkeeper Academy (SGA), an organization specializing in the education of goalkeepers. Huffman continued his association with SGA in 2001 and became the Assistant Goalkeeper Coach for the W-League and U-18 Super Y League Northern Virginia Majestics. That season, the U-18 team won the U-18 Super Y League national championship, while the W-League squad featured the W-League Goalkeeper of the Year.

Huffman came to Williams in 2002, serving as jayvee head coach in 2002 and goalkeeper coach for the men's and women's programs in both 2002 and 2003. It was during this time that Huffman oversaw the development of Nick Armington '06 who signed with Real Salt Lake for the summer of 2006.

From 2004-06 Huffman was the head men's and women's coach at Garden City (Kansas) Community College. He later served as the director of soccer operations and head women's coach from 2007-2009. In his two seasons as head men's coach he compiled a .625 winning percentage and sent six players to NCAA Division 1 institutions.

On the women's side, his team made the regional tournament four out of five years, having one player tabbed All-Region in each season. Annually Huffman's women's teams consistently placed near the top in the region in cumulative team GPA and three players earned Academic All-American honors.
