HADLEY, MA -- Williams College senior standout Paul Dyrkacz (Wilbraham, MA) was named the NESCAC Men's Swimming and Diving Performer of the Week for winning three individual events as the Ephs competed against Division I Fordham and Boston College on Saturday at Fordham.
Dyrkacz, who already owns three NCAA individual titles, won the 100-yard breaststroke (58.24), the 200-yard breaststroke (2:04.83) and the 200-yard individual medley (1:53.92). Dyrkacz's three NCAA individual titles places him second only to John Young '97 (4) on the Eph all-time list.
Additionally, he also split a 26.82 in the breaststroke leg of the 200-yard medley relay to help his team to a second place finish.
The Ephs topped Fordham 156-140 and fell 154-140 to Boston College.
The Ephs will close out the fall semester portion of their schedule with a meet at Connecticut College this Saturday.
