Williams women’s soccer (15-0-0, 11-0-0 in the NESCAC) advanced to the second round of the NESCAC tournament in a 4-0 defeat of the visiting Colby Mules (6-8-1, 2-7-1) in opening round action this afternoon.

#1 Ephs finish off perfect regular season with 1-0 defeat of Middlebury/Earn NESCAC top seed

With a 1-0 defeat of NESCAC opponent Middlebury (10-2-2, 7-2-0) this afternoon, Williams women’s soccer (14-0-0, 9-0-0) closed out a perfect regular season with 14 wins and zero losses in their 2009 campaign. Sarah Walmsley scored at the 87:41 mark to put the Ephs ahead by one, and preserve their unblemished record.
