Rebecca Curran '15

Freshman Year:  Member of the 2012 NCAA National Championship Team.  Little Three Champions. Compiled a singles record of 24-6 at #4 and #5 positions. Compiled a doubles record of 20-6 at #3 doubles primarily with partner Caroline Capute ‘12.  Advanced to ITA Regional Tournament Round of 16 in singles.  Advanced to semifinals of NEWITT A Flight with partner Kristin Alotta ’12. Went undefeated in doubles play with Capute during the NCAA Tournament.

High School: Played #1 singles for St. Mary Academy Bay View all four years; team captain junior and senior year. Ranked #2 in Rhode Island freshman and sophomore year and #1 in the state junior and senior years.  Two-time high school state singles champion. Played USTA in the New England section, finishing top ten in sectionally and top 150 nationally.  

Personal: Daughter of Michael and Melissa.  Younger sisters Katherine and Sarah both play tennis as well.
