
NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced that Williams College senior Tanasia Hoffler has been named the New England Region's Field Athlete of the Year for the 2013 Indoor season.
This marks the second year in a row that Hoffler has been honored with the New England Region's top indoor field honor.
Hoffler, a senior from New Haven, Conn., will compete in the NCAA Championships as the number two seed in the triple jump (40-4/12.29m) and the No. 10 seed in the long jump (18-7/5.66m).
Most recently Hoffler won the long jump, triple jump and 60m hurdles at the Division III New England Championships.
This weekend Hoffler will compete at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships at North Central College in Naperville, Ill., March 8-9, in
